Bongchon Bride

Soongap is sold to Bongchun, a giant, for 50 sacks of rice after being severely beaten by his master. Bongchun saves Soongap's life, and his blind mother mistakenly believes her son has brought home a bride, Soongap. Bongchun's mother welcomes Soongap into their home and expects him to be treated as one of the family, causing tension as Bongchun continues to treat Soongap like a bride.
