Bluer Than Indigo

Kaoru Hanabishi, a college student living alone, encounters a lost girl in a kimono at a train station. She's looking for an address in his neighborhood, which leads to an empty lot, prompting Kaoru to invite her to his apartment for further help. When she shows him a photo of two children, Kaoru recognizes himself and Aoi Sakuraba, his childhood friend, revealing that the girl is actually Aoi, his betrothed fiancée who's come to Tokyo to marry him.
