Lewin Light, a seasoned exorcist, returns to True Cross Academy to train students, including Ryuuji Suguro, who has lost motivation. Meanwhile, Rin and Yukio Okumura search for Shura Kirigakure, a missing exorcist, who is somehow tied to an immortal demon in Aomori Prefecture's harsh, snowy environment.
