Eiji Hoshimiya is a high school student concerned about his ailing sister. His life was drastically altered ten years ago when a fairy named Daisy asked him to make a single wish, which he still doesn't recall. The wish's consequence was the "Great Destruction," a catastrophic event that devastated the world, resulting in massive destruction and loss of life. Thousands of people with new abilities, known as "Orders," have emerged since then, with many seeking to avenge Eiji for the destruction he inadvertently caused.
