Baldr Force Exe Resolution takes place in a world where advanced networks have become ubiquitous. The UN Security Force Information Administration Bureau, an anti-hacker organization, employs Soma Toru, a member of the Steppen Wolf hacking group, after his arrest. Toru is tasked with tracking down the killer of his friend and team leader, Nonomura Yuya, who was also the target of a UN database attack. As Toru works with the Bureau's first squad, he becomes embroiled in a larger conflict involving the terrorist group, security enterprise, and army.
