Zen Seizaki is a Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office prosecutor who, along with assistant officer Atsuhiko Fumio, investigates a case of false advertisement against Japan Supiri, a pharmaceutical company that fabricated clinical research for its new drug. The case takes a dark turn when Zen discovers a gruesome page in the file of anesthesiologist Shin Inaba, an associate connected to the crime. As Zen delves deeper, he uncovers a web of corruption and deceit tied to the mayoral election and the establishment of the Shiniki district in Tokyo.
