Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra

Takuto Ira was reincarnated in a world modeled after the game Eternal Nations, where he found himself as the god of Mynoghra, an evil civilization. He's accompanied by Sludge Witch Atou, Mynoghra's hero unit, and together they're determined to rebuild their civilization despite the challenges that come with it. Given Mynoghra's reputation, Takuto's task is to overcome the difficulties that this world's native inhabitants and their legendarily tough race traits pose.
