Anpanman: Twinkle! Princess Vanilla of Ice Cream Land

Princess Vanilla, the princess of Ice Cream Land, struggles with her inability to create ice cream despite her daily practice. Her frustration boils over, and she leaves the palace, encountering Anpanman and Kokin-chan along the way. During their travels, Princess Vanilla learns the reason behind her lack of ice cream-making skills. As she's absent, Baikinman takes advantage of the situation and attacks Ice Cream Land.
