Angel Cop

Angel Cop is a future-set anime series set in a time when terrorism in Japan is rampant and the police force is increasingly brutal. The series follows Angel, a member of the elite Special Security Force, as she investigates a series of murders involving notorious criminals killed in graphic ways at the hands of the Hunters, a trio of psychic vigilantes. However, after one of the psychics questions the morality of their actions, the group's dynamics shift, and one member, augmented with cybernetic enhancements, becomes a rogue force targeting the police. This rogue psychic, now a formidable foe, is Angel's new target, along with uncovering the organization behind the Hunters.
