Gamba, a brave and adventurous wild mouse, sets out with his friends to explore the ocean. Along the way, they come across an injured mouse, which prompts Gamba to learn about the oppressive rule of Noroi, a violent white ferret. This discovery motivates Gamba to take action against Noroi's tyranny and help the suffering mice.
