A Whisker Away

Miyo Sasaki's home life is complicated, with an unconfident father and a stepmother who tries too hard to connect with her. As a result, Miyo seeks comfort in Kento Hinode, but her attempts to get his attention are awkward and unsuccessful as herself. Instead, she finds that being a white cat, nicknamed "Tarou" by Kento, allows her to interact with him more easily. However, this cat persona creates a moral dilemma: should she continue this relationship and risk being a source of help to Kento only as a cat, or be honest with him and risk potentially losing their connection.
