A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd

Kyoutarou Kakei, the second-year president of Shiomi Academy's Library Club, receives an email from the urban legend known as the Shepherd, which foretells an event that will change his life. The message prompts Kyoutarou to rush to a nearby train station, where he saves Tsugumi Shirasaki from being hit by a derailing train. Grateful for his heroism, Tsugumi joins the Library Club and introduces Kyoutarou to the "Shiomi Happy Project," a mysterious initiative aimed at improving the academy.
