Tooru and Run have been inseparable friends since childhood, so when Tooru discovers they'll be attending the same high school, she's thrilled and rushes to share the news with Run. However, Tooru's excitement quickly turns to embarrassment when she catches Run in a compromising position with Yuko, a fellow student. This development creates an awkward dynamic at school, particularly for Tooru who must navigate Run's numerous admirers, while Yuko and Nagi, Run's other partner, contend with Run's flair for dramatics.
