Hazama Itsuru, a private detective, is approached by Professor Tani to investigate a theft of cyborg parts, which leads him to Sachiko Yokogawa. Sachiko, now working at Biotecho Corp., becomes entangled in a new situation when a second 8 Man appears after Hazama is severely injured by an unknown cyborg. This new 8 Man engages in a more aggressive fight against urban crime.
